need track replay Flaps not working/binding on carrier take off

Hi Folks,

I've found that the flaps work fine on other terrain maps maps but not on the carrier.  Same controllers, same bindings.

Anyone else with this problem?  How do I get around it?

What are you attempting to do and what is happening instead?  More details, or much better option: a track, will let people give you a better answer.  You're likely missing something that should be easily spotted.

I haven't experienced it recently, but in the past I had an issue starting on the carrier where my flaps keybind (the one that cycles through all options, not specifically Up or Down) wouldn't work unless I flipped the switch once with my mouse first.
