Working perfectly yesterday...have done NOTHING to it...today, wont start,, hangs on small DCS loading screen after authorization. I have turned off all mods in main molder AND saved games, using OVGME. I have done a repair. I have done a clean. Still no joy.......

Any ideas? This is a clean install no longer than 8 weeks ago......

Thanks, I enclose my log file. I should add that after I did my last clean re install ( which was when I re installed windows) about 2 months ago, I made a copy of the base installation, with all my theatres and modules downloaded, in case of something like this. I have tried running DCS from the DCS.exe within my back up and it does the same thing. In case this confuses things, and the logs are different, there are 2 logs included. The one called DCS.log is from the last attempt to start using the "proper" installation. The one called DCSbackup.log is from the attempt to start using my backup installation.

dcs.log dcsbackup.log

Good news, I unplugged the board and DCS now boots...!! Thank you! Interestingly, I opened every branch on the device manager tree and there was no arduino device listed anywhere, so I was unable to update the driver ( I can come back to that no problem) . Maybe the thing has gone tits up somehow.......

@markturner1960 good news. in device manager are there any "unknown" devices?  {37DD7C50-6FFB-11ed-8001-444553540000} is the device ID in windows. it is a bit difficult to search this. you can possibly find it in the registry. but yeah possible tits up. have fun. good luck and clear skies!
