[EE] Master Arm switch logic inverted

Looks like the Master ARM switch works in the opposite way from the meant one: in order to be able to fire I have to set it to "TEST".

In this build, weapons can be delivered when the switch is in ON or TEST position. In fact it should be only possible when it is in the ON position, according to SME. But that's another issue.
