Kneeboard query

Hi, I dont have a deep understanding of how the kneeboard works code / script wise, however, one thing that really cries out to me for improvement ( who knows, it may already be possible and I just dont know it...) is persistent section markers and sub folder organisation. I have my kneeboard pages carefully organised in relevant sections such as checklists, air to air etc. Of course, at the start of every mission I can painstakingly flip through the whole kneeboard ( sometimes over a hundred pages! ) and mark the sections start etc.....but these are not persistent and it has to be done every time you fly.

What makes this this difficult to implement? I am just wondering as it seems a simple thing that would be so useful.....

I would really love to be able to load in a mission relevant, organised and tabbed kneeboard when I want.

In the interim, I use voice attack to set up my Kneeboard, it sets up all the shortcuts and can jump to any shortcut with a voice command and can go to any page with a voice command, I typically have 25 pages which covers most of what I need.

Yes PLEASE. The kneeboard having to be organized manually each flight is terrible. Even automatically generated sections, comes with map, comes with module, comes with mission, default, other, would be a huge help.

This is possible by using open kneeboard, which works in 2D and VR……

I'd also like to see some improvements on this.

What I'd really like to be able to do is to have a way to enter page numbers and go-to that page number.

Ie, I have 100 image files in the kneeboard directory. It should be able to count the number of images on start, and then I can goto a page number which would be the file number, or whatever position in the array or list.

A step button would be useful also; so that I can step 10pages forward or backward at a time.
