cloudkake Posted January 27, 2023 Posted January 27, 2023 Hi, I find it 50/50 whether the wheelbrakes will work on both normal and PAN versions of the aircraft. I use the W key and in all cases see the brakes operating normally in the cockpit but sometimes they have no effect. This is both after start up and upon landing. Any ideas? Thanks. 1 GTX 1080Ti, i7 8700@4.4Ghz, 16Gb DDR4.
gulredrel Posted January 27, 2023 Posted January 27, 2023 Don't know about the key I use wheel brake axis on my pedals. Maybe have a look at your control bindings if there are any conflicting mappings. 3
Jel Posted February 4, 2023 Posted February 4, 2023 (edited) Same here, i bound the brakes to my rudder axis and when pressed they do move in the cockpit as they should - but sometimes have zero effect. Happened when taxi (around 7 - 8 kts). I had to use the pbrake to stop the bird, continued taxi and the brakes suddenly worked again. Edited February 4, 2023 by Jel When in doubt - climb. XpRiV Posted April 9, 2023 Posted April 9, 2023 This happened to me. the problem was, I hadn't pushed the parking brake all the way in! The jet still moved but brakes didn't work. Pushed on the lever again an all worked fine. 1 1 ASUS TUF Gaming B760M PLUS WiFi - i7-14700KF - Zotac RTX 4080 Super - 64GB DDR5 - 4TB M.2 SSD - Thrustmaster Warthog - Samsung G5
