109 Campaign, engine quits after take off, mission 1.

Switch to auto propeller, it quits after take off, switch to manual propeller, engine quits after take off, switch to fuel tank, or MW tank engine quits after take off.

I know I am missing something, can anyone please point me in the right direction?

Did you warm up the engine? In one of the recent patches there was an update to the cooling model. Since then the 109 engine ist much more sensitiv to not warming up properly. 

If you do it according to the manual and watch your gauges you should be fine. 

Other then that check the circuit breakers, the fuel pumps and the magnetos. That´s all I can think of. 

I don´t know what you mean by "switch to fuel tank" or switch to "MW tank"

In either case, saving and posting a replay track showing the issue would help a lot in troubleshooting. Track is worth thousand words, especially when description in OP is way too vague (no offense!).
