Silver_ Posted February 3, 2023 Posted February 3, 2023 In the SimApppro software, every time I enter, it tells me that my device has a new firmware update but this is not true because in the Firmware tab it tells me that everything is up to date and in the correct versions. What can be caused this? Thanks.
rob10 Posted February 3, 2023 Posted February 3, 2023 Don't know what the cause is, but I've seen the same. I've learned to ignore it and just check every once in a while to make sure there isn't actually an update available. 1

No it doesn't Unplug all WW devices, open Simappro, plug one device in then update. Remove it then plug the next one in etc......haven't had a firmware update in months and I own a lot of WW devices! This did NOT exist prior to the release of their latest update.
