Excessive light reflection from water and ground

Since 2.7 or so the colored reflections of water or ground--particularly water--are extremely strong and unnatural. In the attached screenshot you can see a very bright and bold teal light (almost like the Tarawa's green lights are on) reflected off the bottom of the Tomcat while parked over a non-reflective deck surface.
