CAGE/UNCAGE artificial horizon Key-binding only uncage horizon

Hello,

hope it was not reported before (I cannot find it).

If you key-bind CAGE/UCAGE artificial horizon for P47D, this key only UNCAGE horizon in game. You have to CAGE it by mouse only.
Hope this issue does not need to attach a TRACK.

Yeah I hope this gets sorted to. having to reach to grab the mouse and locate the cursor is a right PITA when it's a heavily overcast mission.
