cant convert target to nav and vice versa

I was doing some of the training missions and for fun I thought I 'd try converting B1 and B2 in the navigation lesson to M1 and M2.

I selected the waypoint I wanted to change and then did this:

Takt/In/9/waypoint as target/LSSKU --> changes a target waypoint to a nav waypoint. 

 

Didnt work.

I install a fresh copy of DCS-virgin without any mods-

same problem. 

What did I miss?

You dont need to press LSSKU to change from B to M. Just put it to takt, in, press 9 and then the waypoint.
