Possibility to have the RPL 201 on the EE (with CT appearance)

Hi 

First off all, great job for the update! And thanks for the real naming of the fuel tanks. Unfortunately, the rpl 201 is no more avaible for the EE with CT liveries. Could it be possible to add it so We can fly with our favorite aircraft with all the avaible fuel tanks?

Also I don't mind using the current 3D Model, just adding the option (maybe add fictionnal to the name of the fuel tanks so people can just reproduice french and Iraqi F1)

Just madeit to work by modifying the weapons.lua file.

Put that in the common section
