Looks like I have the fighting version of the Mustang. Thnk for the help. Problem now is...the only thing I have right now programmed to the Rudder Pedals are right/left brake. The throttle is set on the Throttle Controller. But when I move the rudder pedals I get throttle. I recycle all my peripherals as I am starting up the plane. Still doesn't work. I've unplugged all my peripherals and re-programmed them. Still not working. I don't have right/left brakes either on the pedals. Which step(s) did I not do?

Go to Control options / axis comands / rudder pedals

Clear throttle. Add left and right wheel brakes.

While you're at it go through all the default key and axes assignments and remove/clear duplicated ones -  there's plenty of them that you don't need or that can cause issues like you described. That's the 1st thing to do whenever you install a new DCS aircraft module (the 2nd one being going to special options and disabling auto rudder and takeoff assist).
