Has anyone got both and tried them in DCS? I’m interested in clarity, FOV and performance. I’ve already got the Pico 4 and a Quest 2 but was wondering if the Quest Pro was comparable in DCS as I play other games wirelessly which work great on the Quest 2 but are rubbish on the Pico. The Pico is much better in DCS owing to the higher resolution and lenses so if the Quest Pro was just as good in DCS I could ditch the Pico and Quest 2.

I also have a Varjo Aero which has by far the best clarity however the small vertical FOV causes me problems as I have to really strain my neck looking down to see the side consoles in the F16 or F18. As a result I’m using the Pico 4 quite a bit plus it’s got better performance as it’s pushing fewer pixels.

If you’re able to use OpenXR with the Aero, one option would be XRnecksafer.  It’s a freeware App that allows configuration to either look further to the left/right when you press a button, and/or to accelerate how fast your head turns, eg after you’ve looked say 30 degrees off axis, every degree you turn your head can be say doubled in VR.

Made a huge difference for me, as my neck is just not very flexible any more
