solved Missing most units in 2.8.3.38090 ME!!!!!

Running 2.8.3.38090.

Every non-ED mod now missing (VSN, various ships, etc).

Have absolutely no idea what has gone wrong.

I've run Update and Repair several times.

Please help!!!!

Have you made sure the historical filter is turned off? It's the clock symbol at the bottom of the ME.
