The man was in the city of Salerno, near the sea, looking out onto the balcony to smoke a cigarette and enjoy the view. Suddenly he was attracted by strange black dots in the sky, at first he thought they were seagulls or buzzards, but looking closer he filmed them and noticed that they were four objects that changed direction and behaved like magnetic magnets.

Yup, that just looks like a bunch of balloons. BTW, it turns out the sky is just as full of trash as water and land. We're talking tons of balloons launched each day. On top of that, there doesn't seem to be much in terms of international treaties regulating who's supposed to clean this stuff up. I imagine most of them end up as ocean trash, but there seems to be no good way of tracking that.
