solved Game crashes when picking mission

Hi Folks, im at my wits end. Game was working ok. But now when i start a mission or campaign the game crashes. I've updated windows, and got the latest Nvidia drives, but still no change. I've reinstalled the game several time with no luck. This is the errors I'm getting, please help

I've tried the Clean-up and Repair options but still no joy

Hi, 

try deleting your metashader2 and fxo folders in saved games dcs folder 

then you may want to increase your pagefile it may help 

run a slow repair of DCS also again just to be sure
