Zronz Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 (edited) I am new to MP and I've been trying to figure out how to set up a multi crew server for the F-14 so i can play with my friend but he can't select the RIO role, me neither. The RIO role is "greyed out" We both have the trial variant. Is there maybe a button that needs to be pressed? Edited April 12, 2023 by Zronz
draconus Posted April 18, 2023 Posted April 18, 2023 (edited) I've never done this myself but since no one has answered... You have to make a mission where you set your aircraft as Client (difficulty). Then you run this mission as server. Then your friend joins your server and selects RIO position. Also I found this on the Internetz: "click on the players name and then the click accept button, highlighting the players name will un-grey-out the accept button" Edited April 18, 2023 by draconus Win10 i7-10700KF 32GB RTX4070S Quest 3 T16000M VPC CDT-VMAX TFRP FC3 F-14A/B F-15E CA SC NTTR PG Syria

Usually the RIO just has to click on the RIO slot, after the pilot has slotted in. The pilot should then see a pop-up-message where he needs to confirm the RIO player to join his aircraft. Intel i7-12700K @ 8x5GHz+4x3.8GHz + 32 GB DDR5 RAM + Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 (8 GB VRAM) + M.2 SSD + Windows 10 64Bit DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing!
