lol I think we bought on the same day. faulty batch?

Lol maybe so!

They emailed to say they've released new Simapp pro software and could I drop the PayPal dispute if it fixes the issue..... I'm not dropping the case as a week isn't long enough to test this out and plus I have zero faith they've fixed it. Maybe if they advised what the issue is and how they fixed it, I might be inclined to believe them. I do not expect to get anywhere with PayPal tbh but it's about the principle now.

Any news on this? Getting pretty frustrated....

Paypal declined my refund request, but the latest firmware update solved the issue completely. You need to update the joy/throttle firmware.

Update:
I updated the stick base and throttle firmware through SimApp about 3-4 weeks ago, and I don't think I've had an in-flight disconnection since.

Anyone else noticing more reliability lately?

Thinking back more, I think it was only a Throttle Grip firmware update, but I don't recall having a single in-flight disconnect from my stick base since, and I used to get them reliably 1-3 times per flight. Maybe there was some conflict.
