Is there a better way to apply rudder without pedals?

I’ve got a twist x56. problems on take off.

I use the paddles on the back of my TWCS for the rudder pedals, which works well for me. I've heard of people using a mini-stick to do the same.

Have you tried one of the rotaries on the throttle?

I tried the scroll wheel on my throttle. Works better than anything else. But it kind of kills the immersion

X-56 THUMB rotary.  It's the feature that's keeping me with the stick combo to be honest.

As it's an axis, you can also tweak to your hearts content!
