resolved No 'Mods' folder in Users/saved games/dcs.openbeta

Hello everyone, 

Yesterday I installed the stand alone version and moved all my modules and maps from the steam version. 

I'd like to install a mod however I don't have a 'mods' folder in the saved games folder. Should I simply create one? Will DCS recognize it?

Yes, just create the missing directories.
