Torque Indicator shows 20% with Main Rotor stopped

Hello,

I've noticed that while perfrming the Cold Start procedure, the Torque indicator reads almost 20% while the jet turbine is still not running, like this:

 

 

The Indicator shows 0 only after the Main Rotor begins to rotate. Afterwards this gauge behaves correctly.
