FusRoPotato Posted July 7, 2023 Share Posted July 7, 2023 (edited) Framerate drops to like 2 fps whenever the TGP is in FLIR mode and has harrier exhaust in the view field direction, even if it is masked. Can be verified by viewing other harriers nearby. Does not happen if the TGP is in TV mode. The problem is the rendering of the IR smoke effect of exhaust. It's been mentioned on their discord but I don't know if any official fix is in the works for it. It's been around for the last few patches at least. I can add updated tracks if it would be helpful and I will say it seems to happen more in multi-player now than single player.
