Thanks for the Normandy 2 update

It feels like a new campaign now.  I loved escorting bombers all the way to Paris.  One question I have though is why do you put the drop tanks on the Mustang.  I rarely end up using them as by the time we make contact with the enemy I sometimes still have fuel in the fuselage.

Do you leave 25 gallons of reserve in the fuselage tank?
 

 

Also, IRL these missions were much longer. I wanted the Mustang to handle like it did in real life, not half-empty due to map restrictions.

I usually leave about 10 gallons in the tank.  Is there a reason for the 25?
