Osiris400 Posted June 23, 2023 Posted June 23, 2023 As the title says. The F-15E Manual says Quote The default time loaded at CC (Central Computer) power up is the GPS time, However at startup the computer clock will begin at the miz start time, not the actual time. You can see in the attached screenshot the actual time on the clock at the bottom, while the computer time (UFC) is about 1.5mins behind. 1
Thorax_fin Posted February 10, 2024 Posted February 10, 2024 Bump this, The INS clock will only start when the generator power is provided. It will also stop in the background if generator power is cutoff. I could not find a way to synchronize the INS-clock with the mission time. This is in particularly painful if flight of multiple elements try and plan for TimeOnTarget (TOT) missions, where all elements have different time based on when the engines were started up. All waypoint ETA calculations are based on the INS-time. streagle ins_illustration.trk
Steinsch Posted September 19, 2024 Posted September 19, 2024 Was the clock sync problem solved before the Big Crisis? Steinsch Flying Virtual F-15s since 1989 YouTube channel: http://www.youtube.com/c/CommanderSteinsch
JuiceIsLoose Posted September 30, 2024 Posted September 30, 2024 Clock sync was not solved prior to the Situation. Your only hope for this to get fixed is for ED to pay Razbam.
