correct as is Ground Radar -> DBS resets when changing range scale.

Is the ground radar AUTO mode working correctly? I find myself having to use the manual range more often because the AUTO mode doesn't change the range. Related to this in that if AUTO worked, I wouldn't need to change the range so much.
