Nevada IA dusk flight - WSO position not available

Checking to see if others have the same thing happening. SP IA Nevada mission, dusk flight, cannot get to the wso position using the number 2 key.

haven't tried the other Nevada IA mission yet. anyone else have the same experience?

Look back from the front pit. Is there an WSO present? If not, its by design. The wso can be disabled in the missioneditor. The ingametutorialmissions have it that way as well.
