WSO joining multicrew resets PACS etc

When pilot sits in the plane, configures PACS, CMBT JETT, TPOD laser code etc, and then WSO joins cockpit, then in the moment WSO opens PACS page all data resets.

Tested on MT and ST, on dedicated server.
