My PROBLEM is that i allmost have to stand up from my chair if i want to see anything in my rearviewmirors.

My QUESTION is, if it is possible to make a mod which allowes to adjust the rearviewmirrors (like in a car left/right/up/down)

The BACKGROUND is that its possible though to adjust the trackir profile to match my needs with the mirror, BUT if i do so i am "bouncing" :bounce: up and down in the cockpit like sitting on a rubber ball because trackir is too sensible.

There are two types of fighter pilots - those who have, and those who will execute a magnificent break turn towards a bug on the canopy . . . .

I don't have TrackIR but there is probably some kind of smoothing or axis adjustment (usually a curve that relates input to output) which should allow you to tune the axis so its stable in the middle and has enough travel to allow you to look through the mirrors (they are not really useful in flight most of the time anyway).

PS: I'd like to point out that writing in ALL CAPS (especially a thread title) is considered bad behaviour by the netiquette (it's a bit of a pain in the arse ;)).

Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two.

i think they are quite useful to get a quick overview of whats behind u while formation flying and in close combat . (in fact the quality is good enough to even see a flightmembers number if he is 20 -40m behind you)

BUT to be useful they have to be ...lets say "easy to use/access"

And thx for the axis-tip.... i tried it all before i wrote the thread and no axis attitude is playable
