Double vision problems. Reverb g2

Spectrum48k

Recommended Posts

I was playing last night with no problems with VR, booted the game up today with VR and I'm getting double vision, other games work fine.

I have tried changing every setting, reinstalled steam vr & Mixed reality and performed a full repair on DCS with no change.

Has anyone else had this problem?

What is your IPD

61.  I change that in the settings, it hasn't fixed it. the closest I can get the the unit to focus is if I put 350 in the forced IPD setting

ok

IPD is not the same as PD ... so set that back to default.

IPD adjusted on the G2, by moving the slider on the mask on the bottom right hand side. the range is 60 to 68mm .. its the physical adjustment you need to play with to get right

then the only other thing i can suggest is that you might need lenses adjusted for your vision

some G2 users need to use  the cross eyed recovery tool  by adding this line to your autoexec.cfg file

force_cross_eye_recovery_tool = true

which you can find here

I managed to get that program to work but it didnt do any good, everything is warped and twisted.

Everything worked fine the last time I played it, I changed nothing.  loaded the game and this problem appears.

Thanks for your help, Ill just have to wait until the next update and hope it fixes it.
