Why can I carry inert LGB + Missiles on wing hardpoints but not normal LGB + Missiles?

There are 3 currently implemented, GBU-12, 10 and 24.

It is a minor bug in the loadout restrictions.  Both should follow the GBU-12 rule, but the limitation is missing for the BDU version.
