should i chose better visuals with no msaa/aa or not as good visuals with mss/aa?

i am not sure what graphic settings to use , i can have good visuals with no msaa or not so good visuals with msaa, which would you pick? my screen resolution is 3440x1440

which would pick?

i get around 130ish fps with both options and dont want to go lower for fps

my specs are the following if it helps

rtx 3080

i7 10700k

64gb ram

IMO turning off AA is never worthwhile, looks horrible. Even in 4K
