JSal16 Posted July 21, 2023 Posted July 21, 2023 Is anyone else having issues with mission editor in Open Beta? I tried multiple times to open mission editor and it goes to the loading screen and crashes. The loading bar doesn't progress at all. I last played a few weeks ago and it was working fine. I haven't updated or added or changed anything since then. I opened the stable version of DCS and had no issue. Thoughts?
razo+r Posted July 21, 2023 Posted July 21, 2023 No issues here with the editor. Upload your logs of the crash so we can see where the issue might be. Also worth a try is to run a repair.
JSal16 Posted July 21, 2023 Author Posted July 21, 2023 Thank you for the suggestions. I'm pretty new at this so I'm unfamiliar with finding the logs to upload. I've also tried googling how to run a repair on Open Beta and found a few different options. Do you have a recommendation for one process?
Solution razo+r Posted July 21, 2023 Solution Posted July 21, 2023 (edited) Logs can be found in: \user\your name\saved games\dcs\logs For repair: Type in the windows search "DCS World OpenBeta Repair" and something should come up.
