reported L/R FLAMEOUT caution

Hello,

The L FLAMEOUT and R FLAMEOUT cautions and their associated "engine left, engine left" or "engine right, engine right" aurals don't sound when RPM drops below 60% with the throttle at or above IDLE.

("Functional Check Procedures"), Engine Start, Engine Fire Light Shutdown.

This was reported internally, although at this point non-normal procedures are still WIP.
