Until you study up and understand how the flight systems work and just want to get up in the air and feel you have control, set the three blue buttons on like you see in the pic below but also turn on the FD AP button on as well to the right of those.

I think is a no good turn with only rudder and without good bank.

Pitch, bank and hdg autopilot are on. I think trim is good too.

Which is a good bank for turn?

At forward speed your not going to have much effectiveness trying to turn with just the rudder. You still want to complement the turn with it, but not rely on the rudder alone.

A good bank for a turn would be dictated on how tight you want to turn.
