How to sling a cargo

As the title, how to operate a ka-50 to hook a cargo? It seems pretty complex to set a cargo in mission editor. I did one mission as attached and want to use Ka-50 to sling the cargo, which is an small artellary. But when I fly over the cargo, there is just no such an operation on the radio manual for hook the cargo.
