reported AV-8B: Lights bindings don't work in MT

Hello,

I found a bug in AV-8B. I tried to bind interior lights to buttons (Increase/Decrease) and lights increase only one step from 0. Never exceding step 1 no matter how many times I press the button to increase. Also when I press decrease it turns off the lighting not decreasing 1 step.

Lights work if I use mouse or axis binds but not when assigned to buttons.
