hassata Posted March 6, 2009 Posted March 6, 2009 Hi: Almost 24 hours ago, I paid by credit card but did not get an update to the bank authorization screen. However I checked with my bank and noted that the amount had been authorized and deducted from my account. As of now, I have yet to receive an email confirmation or an update to my user profile-payments section at the site. I also emailed tech support yesterday but still no response. Any ideas? Although I didn't get a payment confirmation or failure screen, the money was authorized ans was deducted from my account as per the bank's website since such day. Unfortunetly, I have yet to receive an email or a download link, and my dcs cp show no payments made. I believe you are back at work today so could you please sort this out as soon as possible?
