Targetin Pod power switch keybind

I searched the forum but didn't find anything so forgive me if this question was already ansered.

After some training missions I decided to improve my keybindings for the A-10CII. Currently I am trying to map the "TARGETING POD POWER SWITCH" (never mapped before, and took the command name by moving the pointer over the switch until the label appeared) but i cannot find any command with this name in the adjust control menu.

I confirm i am under the A-10CII section of this menu and tried a search but found nothing.

Could you pls tell me how this command is named in this menu?

I have steam version of DCS and my HOTAS is a WinWing Hotas Orion 2

Thanks a lot!

Not in front of DCS, but did you try searching for 'TGP' instead?

Hi @jaylw314

at this moment i don't clearly remember but i think so. I'll give a try this evening.

As said when i put mouse pointer over a flight command a label appears with proper command name, and this exact name is also in the adjust control menu. This doesn't seem happening for the TGP... 😞

Thanks for your kind anser.

@simo-dj don’t get confused between a switch description and a switch name. What is shown is the description that in some cases can be the same as the name of the switch but does not have to.

That's what happened @TheGhostOfDefi. I haven't tried yet but i'm pretty sure that what @MoppleTheWhale42 suggested is right.

I have A-10CII, F-16,F-18 and AH64D but, to me, it's the 1st time that happens. I mean, for mapping my stick and throttle i always pointed cursor and serached what was showed in controls menu.

Anyway, thanks a lot everybody

It might have to do with age, control bindings got changed or added over time, and the A-10C is one of the oldest modules

I guess it’s not only the warthog involved with age… 🙄😄

thanks @jaylw314
