MT shortcur not opening app

So, every time I try to open multithread dcs via the shortcut on my desktop, I get this system error saying these files weren't found: edCore.dll, Terrain.dll, edObjects.dll, World.dll. Yet I see them in the bin-mt folder and the app works when I click on it directly from the file explorer. Anyway to fix this? Thanks for any help.

Ensure both fields share the same path ("Target" and "Start in"):

1. Edit your shortcut (right click it, then click "Properties").
2. Click the Shortcut tab.
3. Check the "Target" field. it contains the full path to the MT DCS exe.
4. Now, check the "Start in" path below it. It should have the very same path (minus the exe name).
