Trimming the MB-339 changes the FFB stick forces, which is correct. But it also keeps moving the virtual stick in the cockpit just like with non-ffb joystick. The two trim implementations add up. This is not correct. With FFB enabled only the forces on the stick should change, but the virtual stick should not reposition by itself in the game, as long as the physical stick is firmly held in place. Basically the virtual stick position should be always synced to physical FFB stick.

Hi, thanks for reporting.
The repositioning is for the users who don't have the force feedback as the aircraft is not digital fly by wire controlled but it is all mechanics.
Take into account that nobody of us have a force feedback joystick so we coded this feature imagining how the force feedback works.
Anyway if we will have the opportunity to find a good joystick we will improve this feature for sure (in this moment I am located in a middle Country in which online stores does not deliver)

Sure, I understand it is not really a high priority and ffb joysticks are hard to come by 🙂

Some other developers provide a special option to toggle FFB, or detect if FFB is enabled in DCS options. Then disable stick repositioning.

I will ask to some other developers which is the best way to improve the feature. Thanks!

i second this post! just started flying this bird with my trusty Microsoft FFB 2 today, and having good FFB is essential to enjoying a module in DCS. I appreciate the feedback from the developer and hope they can get the info they need to increase the FFB fidelity. you have my support ✌️
