If you're talking about Supercarrier ATC instructions: It's all written down in the manual that comes with the module. You can find it in the DCS installation folder (and probably also on internet if you do a Google search) If you're talking about the default (land based) ATC instructions that come with the base game: These are pretty (in some areas even extremely) basic. Being so basic I've personally never had to look em up, but I imagine they are explained in the base game manual (also to be found in the main install folder). For JTAC instructions, which might be the only "complex" part at the moment, there's also plenty of YouTube tutorials.
