Possible to set up hearing own voice?

We used SRS until now. There it was possible to hear a radio beep when activated transmission and then hear my own voice, which is realistic and usefull.

Is it in the integrated Voice chat possible as well to set this up?

We tried yesterday, but i did not find a solution and it was like weird, not hearing my self while talking...
