[NOTBUG] Manual SMS loading in multiplayer.

Good evening! Earlier today, I was showing the JF-17 off to a friend who was interested and noticed that manually loading weapons through the SMS page does not work in multiplayer unless the DTC is already installed and loaded.  I"m not sure if this is intended, but I could have sworn we were able to load weapons previously without the DTC.  I've attached a track-file of me loading into a server and show-casing the issue.  Thanks for your time and have a wonderful day!  (P.S. Will flight plan B ever be implemented for those annoying servers with spaghetti waypoints?)

I checked this issue in the OB version. I can customize the SMS from the aircraft starting from the runway without passing through TDC. What is the status of your aircraft starting?

for the 1st time, if no DTC installed and loaded, there's no weapon data cached in system. So you cannot see them in load page. 

but once DTC installed and loaded, wpn info cached in system, then you can find them in load page

Ah! That makes total sense! I guess I've never noticed since I've always initially installed the DTC during startup, except for that particular instance of showing my friend.  And JG54_NF2, I was starting from a completely off state in a MP server. So like Uboats said, I didn't cache the system first.  Anyway, thank you for the response! That's good information to know!
