I recently updated to DCS World version 2.9 and I’ve noticed that when the CPU usage reaches 100%, there is a stutter in the graphics.

Install CPU unpark and reduce CPU core parking. See if that helps.

I have a similar problem after the last update. DCS hangs. it consumes the processor terribly when loading. If I don't run Freetrack, it won't run at all. If I go to the desktop, the mouse moves around the screen and the manager window flashes. Some drama
