WHY SERVERS AREN'T USING IG RADIO?!?!?

I don't understand why people aren't using the in game radio system? It is SICK, all of the options and features that add immersion. I don't understand why keep using a separate software, when we've now got all the radio we could ever need, included in the sim?!?
