Steps to reproduce:

1. STT an airborne target (HACQ, AACQ, doesn't matter)

2. Exceed gimbal limits by flying past the target

3. Observe that the displayed symbology indicates that the locked target is not in memory mode, and will not time out to drop the false lockf18sttnomemory.trk
