SU-27 ENR mode not available somtimes in MP

With SU-27 (maybe J-11A too), sometimes ENR mode is not available in MP server (like 4YA...).

In those servers when it happens, are there waypoints set for your aircraft? 

Or do you have a track of such an instance?

yes, on 4YA server (Sinai Map) all waypoints are available for all aircrafts, this issue occurs during the same de session and with the same aircraft slot.
 I'll record the track for my next session.
