No entries visible in the VR menu

When I go to the VR menu, it is completely empty.
I first have to click on the Special menu, then go back to the VR menu. Only then are the options displayed in the VR menu.
I have to go this way every time to see entries in the VR menu.
Does anyone else experience this behavior?

I use the G2 and Leap Motion

I do, but it's not consistent.
