MT CPU utilisation vs task manager usage

The ingame FPS monitor is showing the game is CPU limited, but task manager is showing only about 25-30% utilisation by DCS, something doesn't seem right there...

the cpu measurement in task manager is a percentage of the total number of cores and threads available to the CPU... DCS can only use some of those cores and threads... the discrepancy is normal
