Quest VR, MT or ST, left hand controller trigger pull causes collective to rise up?

When ever  I pull trigger on left hand controller to do anything on left panels, KU, etc the collective rises.  Can be dangerous if I do not put collective back down.  I have checked all key binds, etc via settings - controls - Oculus controllers.  Is it Quest or is it DCS?  Any help is appreciated.

Did you check both bindings and axis controls?
